Here's my completed commission for ohstalon06! He requested to see the Hinata family from the anime/manga series Sgt. Frog getting tickled all over by an unusual robotic contraption! It looks like Aki and her two children, Natsumi and Fuyuki, have been captured by intergalactic police for the purpose of interrogation, presumably looking for information on the Keroro Platoon's whereabouts. Their latest scheme must have caused some pretty widespread and very expensive damage, no doubt! With the frogs' safety (and ever-increasing galactic debt) on the line, the family is trying their best to keep their mouths shut to protect their little alien friends. But will one of them eventually crack..? And will they be released any time soon..?
Ahhhh this one took a good long while, but man, it was a REALLY fun commission! I absolutely adored this series a few years ago when I used to go to my local bookstore to read the latest volumes when they were released. I kept up with it for a very, very long time! And I made sure to purchase the first set of DVD's when they were finally released in the States, and was not disappointed by Funimation's hard work in keeping the characters lovable while amending just enough of the humor to keep it topical and funny even overseas-- not an easy feat when this show has a sense of humor all its own! I was very happy to work on this one, though, and I'm just as happy to see it completed. But we're not finished yet! There's still many more commissions to take on next! Until then, I hope everyone enjoys this picture!
Oh, and I guess this marks my first instance of */m tickling. How 'bout that!

To sum it all, nice work!
That and I also have a soft spot for seeing pics with mixed gender tickling. Maybe it harkens back to when I saw those TMNT scenes so long ago, but I think its something that's not utilized in tickling media as a whole and I think that's disappointing.
About your last statement it could be said that when people like an specific gender be it */F or */M they don't tend to enjoy the opossite or a mixture of the two. At least that's how I feel, since I only have done */F media works (however if somebody was to comission me something I would comply).

Seriously though, this was well worth the wait buddy. I'm so happy to see it at last. It certainly gave me reasons to watch some of those old eps again and they're making me laugh as much now as they did then.

I was able to recognize them and I don't even watch Sgt Frog!
I've never personally seen Sgt. Frog, only the characters here and there over the years, but from what I can recall I believe you did a nice job capturing the characters in your style. Usually I'm not a big fan of the mechanical hand tickling that you see in a lot of Japanese art, but here it actually seems to mesh very well with the overall feeling I'm getting from Sgt.Frog, I may also have a soft spot for that one hand wiggling Aki's little toe.
The variety here is excellent, with regards to the hands and feathers, facial expressions, foot expressions, and possibly the size of the feet. Speaking of foot expressions, I find it interesting that Fuyuki is trying to cover one foot with the other, makes me think of the three pairs his are the most ticklish which feels unique for an /mf piece. Finally for your first male tickling victim I think Fuyuki came out quite cute!
Admittedly I've never been a fan of the mechanical hands doing the tickling, either; they go hand-in-hand with floating feathers from nowhere, in my opinion (not to say I haven't found myself guilty of that, too...). But you're right, in a situation like this one, it seems to fit in with the series very well, especially given the scenario! The one hand playing This Little Piggy on Aki's toes was my own personal inclusion, the request stated that only feathers be used on their feet, but I wanted to give this scene a more playful look in places, too, so it felt right to include it.
Fuyuki is the youngest sibling, and also the most innocent, so it seems only natural to me that he would react a lot more strongly to the tickling than his sister. Natsumi is a lot more stubborn and strong-willed than he is, trying her best to avoid the hands and feathers, while simultaneously cursing that stupid frog whose actions landed her here in the first place
