Secret Ninja Arte: Feather Fury!

Wait... What's the deal with that ribbon? It's like nobody even attempted to tie it. And she's just holding her feet out for those feathers. What kind of a poor excuse for a ninja interrogation is this??

My second commission for GreenJack21 is completed! He simply wished to see Sheena Fujibayashi, of Tales of Symphonia fame, being tickled on her feet by feathers. His suggestion originally was to see her in the middle of an interrogation. But unintentionally, that had also ended up being the subject of my last tickling image. In the end, I worked out a way to fulfill his request by also adding a bit of playfulness to this one. If I didn't know any better, I'd say she was enjoying this.

Anybody who knows GreenJack21 should have seen this one coming a mile away I suppose in a way we all have to thank you, man. If not for you, this whole community probably wouldn't even know who this girl was! You've single-handedly made her recognizable to every one of us. Kudos, sir.
